Recent updates - March 2018

We've been busy - here are some recent software updates for our products that you may have missed.

Added new default project files for Adobe Premiere and After Effects
Fixed a codesigning issue that was causing Windows Defender to flag up false positives

Preference Manager 4.4.2 - Mar 5 2018

Major overhaul of the app that improves reliability and adds polish
Added an alert to let you know when the queue has finished and all files have been uploaded
Fixed an issue where some file updates might not trigger the app immediately
Fixed a caching issue that could cause files in subfolders to be uploaded more than once or not at all
Fixed an issue where files already in the queue would continue to upload even after the watch folder was disabled or deleted
Fixed an issue where the background helper could hang in certain instances
Improved memory usage when uploading lots of files
Stability improvements
General bug fixes, tweaks and optimizations

Improved performance when uploading lots of image files
Improved memory usage when generating thumbnails
Fixed an issue where subfolders wouldn't be recognized when dragging in a folder

CinePlay 1.5 - Feb 9 2018

IMPORTANT: CinePlay now requires macOS 10.10 or higher
We've overhauled CinePlay to be more accurate and reliable when seeking and navigating
Support for importing and exporting DaVinci Resolve marker EDLs
Movies without timecode tracks but with Adobe timecode metadata will now have the timecode correctly recognized in CinePlay
Fixed an issue that could prevent markers being edited
Fixed several memory leaks
Many other fixes and tweaks

Pro Media Tools 1.7 - Feb 5 2018

Timeline Tricks - Added the ability to remove audio and video transitions
Edit Detector - Support for exporting markers to Resolve
Video Check - Support for exporting markers to Resolve
QT Edit - Space bar now plays back video
QT Edit - Track Name is now the default selected tab when selecting a track
Batch Renamer - Added a Clear button to clear the entire file list at once
Batch Renamer - Added an option to automatically clear the file list after processing
Video Check - Fixed an issue where results may be color-coded incorrectly
Video Check - Fixed an issue where the Export dialog would default to a .txt extension irrespective of the initial output type
