Kollaborate Server: Critical PHP vulnerability

There is a critical vulnerability in all versions of PHP that can cause remote code excution. This means all versions of Kollaborate Server are vulnerable. To fix this issue, please install Kollaborate Server 2026.2.3 or higher.

Make sure you run "docker compose build" followed by "docker compose up -d" to make sure PHP gets updated.
