FCP Versioner installation best practices

The FCP Versioner application is delivered on a disk image. While the application can be opened directly from the image, for reliable operation of the software we recommend installing it to your Applications folder.

To do this, open a new Finder window by going to File > New Finder Window, navigate to the Applications folder and then drag the FCP Versioner application into the folder. You may be asked to enter your administrator password.

Once this is complete, eject the disk image and launch FCP Versioner from your Applications directory.
