What are RSS feeds?

RSS feeds are small text files that are loaded by an RSS reader. The reader checks the file regularly and lets you know when content on the site has been updated. This saves you having to visit the site regularly to check.

How do I add the feed to my reader?

Click on a feed link on the left, and then copy the location that appears in the address bar of the browser. Then click on "Add Feed" (or similar) in your RSS reader and paste the location into the box.
